📦 Return & Refund Policy
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be provided once a file has been downloaded. Please ensure you read the product description carefully before purchasing. If you encounter any issues with your file, feel free to contact us for support.
Physical Products
We accept returns or exchanges on physical items under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Returns are at the buyer’s expense, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for items lost or delayed in transit. Once an order has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the postal service. If you believe your item is missing, please contact the carrier with your tracking number.
Wrong Size or Change of Mind?
Returns for sizing issues or change of mind are welcome, but postage costs will be the buyer’s responsibility. Refunds will be issued once the item has been received and inspected.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue.
