Welcome to Designs by Jaimee. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms:

1. Digital Products

  • All digital products are instant downloads. No physical item will be shipped.

  • Digital files are for personal or small business use only (on physical items you create yourself).

  • You may not resell, share, or distribute the digital files in any form.

  • Use for print-on-demand or mass production requires a commercial license—please contact us to obtain one.

2. Physical Products

  • All physical products are handmade and often made to order. Processing times may vary depending on order volume or product type. Please check individual product listings for estimated timeframes.

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days, but pre-orders and custom items may take longer.

  • We ship via Australia Post, and once dispatched, tracking details will be provided.

  • We are not responsible for postal delays, lost packages, or customs/import fees.

3. Pre-Orders

  • Items marked as pre-order will have extended processing times noted on the product page.

  • By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge the delayed shipping timeframe.

  • Orders containing pre-order items will ship once all items are ready, unless otherwise arranged.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Please refer to our full Return Policy for details.

  • Returns are accepted under specific conditions. Custom or personalised items may not be eligible.

5. Copyright

All content, designs, and imagery are the intellectual property of Designs by Jaimee and protected under copyright law. Reproduction or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

You agree not to use our website or products for any unlawful, abusive, or harmful purpose. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to update or discontinue products at our discretion.
