If you're creating and selling physical products using Designs By Jaimee artwork or 3D files, this is the licence you need. This Commercial Licence grants you permission to create and sell physical items made from any designs or files purchased from our store.

Whether you're producing UV DTF transfers, DTF transfers, sublimation prints, bookmarks, tumblers, signs, apparel, laser creations, or 3D printed products, this licence allows you to sell your finished physical products with confidence.

Perfect for small businesses, makers, home crafters, and handmade sellers, this licence covers unlimited physical sales and applies to all previously purchased and future Designs By Jaimee designs and 3D files. Print on Demand rights are not included and require a separate Extended POD Licence.

✅ What This Licence Covers:

Commercial use of Designs By Jaimee designs for creating and selling physical products, including:

• UV DTF transfers
• DTF transfers
• Sublimation prints
• Printed vinyl and craft products
• Bookmarks and magnetic bookmarks
• Tumblers, mugs, glass cans, tote bags, apparel and other handmade items
• Kindle inserts, stickers, phone grips and accessories
• Laser-cut and engraved products
• 3D printed products made from Designs By Jaimee files (STL, OBJ, 3MF and similar formats)
• Physical items created from purchased digital designs or 3D files
• Unlimited physical sales (no renewal required)

This licence applies to all previously purchased and future Designs By Jaimee designs and 3D files.

  • Reselling, sharing, gifting or distributing digital files
  • Uploading files to file-sharing sites, Facebook groups or websites
  • Reselling designs in digital format
  • Sharing your licence with others
  • Selling, redistributing or modifying 3D files for resale as digital files
  • Claiming the artwork or files as your own
  • Creating or selling competing digital products using our designs
  • Use on Print-on-Demand platforms (such as Amazon Merch, Redbubble, Printify, Printful, Teepublic, etc.) without an Extended POD Licence
  🔒 If you’re selling apparel or goods via a POD platform, please purchase the Extended POD Licence instead.
